Christina Strasel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in 2006 and then went on to graduate magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2009. As a law student, she worked on the Kentucky Innocence Project and had clerkships with G.E. Aviation and Legal Aid Society.
Christina is also an experienced criminal law attorney, particularly in the area of OVI defense. She is a former criminal prosecutor who worked in both the municipal and felony divisions of the Clermont County Prosecutor's Office. Christina uses her extensive experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney to find the best possible defense for her clients' cases.
As your defense attorney, Christina will carefully examine every detail of your criminal charges and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your case. Based on this close inspection of case facts, she will then create a personalized strategy that utilizes her years of legal experience.
In addition to criminal defense, Christina is also experienced attorney in the areas of domestic relations and family law including divorce, dissolution, child support, adoption and child custody matters. She has taught Family Law as an adjunct professor at University of Cincinnati Clermont College and has also served as a staff attorney for the Clermont County Child Support Enforcement Agency.
